Hi, How much is the hosting cost per month and what kind of servers are they? Have you bought the visual content or its created inhouse? Are they any loyalty fee to be paid for the content?

@Bigul Hi there, the server costs are USD800 a month split on two servers - one is paid monthly, the other quarterly (that can be changed of course).
The smaller server is used as a database server, specs:

Intel E5-1600 v3 Quad, Hexa & Octo-Core Haswell Xeon (2014-haswell1600) has 32GB of Memory in Server

The much larger file server is:
2 x Intel E5-2630 v3 Octa-Core Haswell Xeon (Dual-Dedicated-O)
Processor: 2 x 2.4GHz Octa-Core E5-2630 v3 Haswell Xeon
Memory: 64GB
Chassis Upgrade: 12 Drive Chassis
Primary Hard Drive: 480GB SSD
Second Hard Drive: 6000GB
Third Hard Drive: 6000GB
Fourth Hard Drive: 6000GB
Fifth Hard Drive: 6000GB
Operating System: CentOS 6.x + KernelCare
Control Panel: cPanel + Softaculous + Fully Managed Services
Bandwidth: 100TB on 1Gbps port

The system has to run on cPanel because the cPanel API is being used to create and manage sites. Other than that it's a standard Apache/PHP/MySQL configuration and if you have a decent server guy, you can ditch the managed servers I use with Hivelocity and just buy your own and save A LOT of money down the road. Or just take over the lease.

We are putting the final hand on the last part of rewriting all scripts to PHP7, so everything will be new and ready, minus a few bugs to weed out down the road.

Content for the website is created by our own in-house graphic designer, we used a stock photo for the main page and edited that, if the rights can't be transferred, I'll buy rights to a new buyer (it's like $10 or so).

All content on the surfer sites (tubes / blogs) are either uploaded by the webmasters or imported (embedded) via the hubtraffic.com API - so everything is legit and no loyalty fee to be paid. On the contrary, one of the monetization methods is referring webmasters to sources of content (sponsors/advertisers) and then getting a referral fee of their earnings.

I hope this answers your questions, if you have more, feel free to comment or message me.

@salamiz I am the founder and original owner. We started it all in 2012, but obviously didn't launch then as a lot of work went into it.

The freelancer knows it's up for sale and will work with any new owner.

I run the forum. It's not a lot of work. We closed the support ticket system (it still exists and can be reopened) and decided to do support via the forum instead.

@salamiz about revenue distribution: I cannot as the earnings isn't tied to the domains (also some of those domains are not in use or are used for test).

Revenue comes primarily from popunders on free user sites and subscriptions (read above please) :)

I am trying to understand more, thanks for your help.

Which of "Premium membership sales, popunders on non-premium user sites and referral income." is automatically recurring/renewed on monthly basis ?

@salamiz You are very welcome and ask away :)

1. Premium membership sales is a recurring subscription for paypal and paxum payments for either 1 month or 6 month prepay. Bitcoin is single pay and so is any yearly subscription payments.

2. Popunders on non-premium payment is based on different advertisers and their payment terms, also the daily/hourly price you get for traffic (eCPM) varies A LOT. It can be anywhere from 0.2 CPM to 1.5 CPM.

3. Referral income is also pretty sporadic lately, it depends on how much users earn and how much they buy. You can see the numbers above.

If you want access to see Google Analytics, please send me a private message with your gmail or analytics user please.

What system/module handles all these payments and schedules ?

@salamiz PayPal and Paxum. We just integrated with their API - Bitcoin is bitpay.

Obviously a buyer would need to open an account with PayPal, Paxum, Bitpay and advertisers for pops / referrals. But replacing API information is done in an admin interface so it's more or less a copy paste thing.

I will assist of course and the freelancer made these integrations so he knows the insurance and outs as well.

Within the inspection period, of an escrowed deal between urself and potential buyer, wud u be able to provide a list of bugs, whats not working ? And what fails within inspection is considered a compromise to the deal/price

@salamiz of course, we use Asana for bug tracking and development sprints, a buyer can make an account and take over the project. Current known bugs are in there.

Not sure what you mean with what fails in inspection. Can you elaborate?

@salamiz oh, well that shouldn't happen but if it does, we obviously would need to find a solution.
